Product Safety & Quality

We use child-friendly, non-toxic ingredients wherever possible and provide clear descriptions and safety information for all products. Please ensure children are supervised during sensory play at all times. All products are recommended for 3 years +.

Orders & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

• We ship Australia-wide, with delivery costs calculated at checkout.

• To make things easier and more affordable, we offer free local pickup at selected classes, events, and markets.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

Returns & Damaged Items

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

• For any concerns regarding your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your items.
