We currently ship Australia-wide. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

 

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available! You can pick up our product from one of our messy play classes, events or from a market we are attending!

Can I return a product?
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Due to the nature of sensory products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
