Cancellation Policy

# Terms & Conditions – Little Mindful Messes By booking with Little Mindful Messes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ## Bookings & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the session date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) or used as credit toward other Little Mindful Messes services or products. ## Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the session may be eligible for rescheduling or credit at our discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible and are subject to availability. ## Supervision Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian, or supervising adult at all times. Little Mindful Messes provides facilitated play experiences and does not provide childcare services. ## Allergies & Medical Conditions Clients must advise Little Mindful Messes of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the session. While we aim to use child-friendly materials, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. ## Weather Policy For outdoor bookings, a suitable wet weather backup option must be available. Sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. ## Venue Requirements Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for the session. Access must be available at the agreed setup time. ## Messy Play Materials All materials are intended for supervised sensory and play use only. Children should not consume materials unless explicitly stated. ## Travel Little Mindful Messes is based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be confirmed prior to booking. ## Liability Participation is at your own risk. Little Mindful Messes is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from inadequate supervision, misuse of materials, or circumstances beyond our control. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
