Cancellation Policy

Little Mindful Messes – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 12/05/25 By booking or attending a class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Service Overview Little Mindful Messes provides sensory-based messy play for children aged six months to five years. 2. Parent/Guardian Responsibility Parents/guardians must supervise their child at all times. Staff facilitate activities but do not supervise. Some materials are taste-safe, but not all, and it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure safe play. Little Mindful Messes is not liable for incidents resulting from lack of supervision. 3. Allergies Notify us of allergies at least one week prior. We aim to accommodate but cannot guarantee an allergen-free space. No food or drink (except water) is permitted in the play area. 4. Health Do not attend if you or your child are unwell. 5. Refunds and Cancellations Cancellations made 48+ hours prior will receive a full refund; otherwise a reschedule may be offered. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 6. Payments Payments are made via TryBooking or via www.littlemindfulmesses.com.au. 7. Photography Photos of staff or other children are not permitted without consent. You may photograph your own child only. 8. Communication We welcome feedback and aim to reply within 48 hours. Little Mindful Messes is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damage caused by participant actions. 10. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of Victoria, Australia. 11. Privacy We collect limited personal information for registration and safety. By registering, you consent to its use for these purposes. 12. Behaviour Management Unacceptable behaviours include aggression, hitting, biting, verbal abuse, and bullying. Steps may include warnings, temporary removal, and, if necessary, suspension. Parents must support behaviour expectations. 13. Personal Belongings Personal toys are not allowed. We are not responsible for lost items. 14. Inclusive Feeding All infant feeding methods are welcome. 15. Sensory Products Our sensory products are recommended to be used by 3 years +. Adult supervision always required. Not meant for human consumption and may contain small parts. Thank you for choosing Little Mindful Messes.
